The HCNR200/201 high-linearity analog optocoupler consists of a high-performance AlGaAs LED that illumi  nates two closely matched photodiodes. The input pho todiode can be used to monitor, and therefore stabilize, the light output of the LED. As a result, the non-linearity and drift characteristics of the LED can be virtually elimi nated. The output photodiode produces a photocurrent that is linearly related to the light output of the LED. The close matching of the photo-diodes and advanced de sign of the package ensure the high linearity and stable gain characteristics of the optocoupler. The HCNR200/201 can be used to isolate analog signals in a wide variety of applications that require good stabil ity, linearity, bandwidth and low cost. The HCNR200/201 is very flexible and, by appropriate design of the appli cation circuit, is capable of operating in many different modes, including: unipolar/bipolar, ac/dc and inverting/ non-inverting. The HCNR200/201 is an excellent solution for many analog isolation problems

This family of devices consists of a GaAsP LED. The LED is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power stage. These optocouplers are ideally suited for high frequency driving of power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in Plasma Display Panels, high performance DC/DC converters, and motor control inverter applications.

The HCPL-339J-500E is an integrated circuit (IC) that is a gate driver optical coupling with 5.5A and 5000Vrms.

The DG408 Single 8-Channel, and DG409 Differential 4-Channel monolithic CMOS analog multiplexers are drop-in replacements for the popular DG508A and DG509A series devices. They each include an array of eight analog switches, a TTL/CMOS compatible digital decode circuit for channel selection, a voltage reference for logic thresholds and an ENABLE input for device selection when several multiplexers are present. The DG408 and DG409 feature lower signal ON resistance (<100) and faster switch transition time (tTRANS < 250ns) compared to the DG508A or DG509A. Charge injection has been reduced, simplifying sample and hold applications. The improvements in the DG408 series are made possible by using a high-voltage silicon-gate process. An epitaxial layer prevents the latch-up associated with older CMOS technologies. Power supplies may be single-ended from +5V to +34V, or split from 5V to 20V. The analog switches are bilateral, equally matched for AC or bidirectional signals. The ON resistance variation with analog signals is quite low over a 5V analog input range. 

The 4N35S-TA1 is an optoisolator or opto-coupler integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor (now part of ON Semiconductor). It is designed to provide electrical isolation between two circuits while allowing signal transmission through light. The optocoupler uses an LED to transmit the signal and a phototransistor to receive the signal, ensuring that the two sides of the circuit are electrically isolated from each other. This is useful in protecting sensitive components from voltage spikes or noise from high-voltage circuits.

The HCPL-3120 contains a GaAsP LED while the HCPL­­J3120 and the HCNW3120 contain an AlGaAs LED. The LED is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. These optocouplers are ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by gate controlled devices. The voltage and current supplied by these optocouplers make them ideally suited for directly driving IGBTs with ratings up to 1200 V/100 A. For IGBTs with higher ratings, the HCPL-3120 series can be used to drive a discrete power stage which drives the IGBT gate. The HCNW3120 has the highest insulation voltage of VIORM=1414Vpeak in the IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2. The HCPL-J312 has an insulation voltage of VIORM=891Vpeak and the VIORM=630Vpeak is also available with the HCPL-3120 (Option060).

The HCPL-314J family of devices consists of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. These optocouplers are ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by gate controlled devices. The voltage and current supplied by this optocoupler makes it ideally suited for directly driving small or medium power IGBTs. For IGBTs with higher ratings, the HCPL-3150(0.5A) or HCPL-3120 (2.0A) optocouplers can be used.

The HCPL-7840-500E is an optocoupler (also known as an optoisolator) designed and manufactured by Broadcom (formerly Avago Technologies). It is a high-performance optocoupler with a photodiode detector and an amplifier integrated within the device, making it suitable for high-precision applications that require optical isolation between circuits.

The Broadcom® 6N137, HCPL-26xx/06xx/4661, HCNW137/26x1 are optically coupled gates that combine a GaAsP light emitting diode and an integrated high gain photo detector. An enable input allows the detector to be strobed. The output of the detector IC is an open collector Schottky-clamped transistor. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity specification up to 15,000 V/µs at Vcm = 1000V. This unique design provides maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while achieving TTL compatibility. The optocoupler AC and DC operational parameters are guaranteed from – 40°C to +85°C allowing trouble-free system performance.

The HCPL-2611-000E is an optocoupler (also known as an optoisolator) manufactured by Broadcom (formerly Avago Technologies). This optocoupler is specifically designed to provide electrical isolation between input and output stages of a circuit while transmitting signals via light. The HCPL-2611 is a high-speed optocoupler that uses an LED on the input side and a phototransistor on the output side, offering fast switching and high isolation.

The HCPL-3120-000E is an optocoupler (also called an optoisolator) from Broadcom (formerly Avago Technologies). It is specifically designed to provide electrical isolation between circuits, while allowing for high-speed signal transmission. The HCPL-3120 is primarily used in high-speed data communication applications, especially where galvanic isolation is required for protecting sensitive components from high-voltage spikes or noise.

The Broadcom® HCPL-22XX, HCPL-02XX, and HCNW22XX are optically coupled logic gates. The HCPL22XX and HCPL-02XX contain a GaAsP LED while the HCNW22XX contains an AlGaAs LED. The detectors have totem pole output stages and optical receiver input stages with built-in Schmitt triggers to provide logic-compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional waveshaping. A superior internal shield on the HCPL-2211/12, HCPL-0211, HCPL-2232, and HCNW2211 guarantees common mode transient immunity of 10 kV/µs at a common mode voltage of 1000V. 

The HCPL-0710-500E is an Optocoupler (also called an Optoisolator) from Broadcom, designed to provide electrical isolation between its input and output sections. It is used to transfer signals between circuits while isolating different parts of the system, especially in high-voltage environments.
