12K bytes of In-System Programmable (ISP) Flash program memory and 2K bytes of
EEPROM data memory. The device is manufactured using Atmel’s high-density non-

The M48T08/18/08Y TIMEKEEPER® RAM is an 8 K x 8 non-volatile static RAM and realtime clock which is pin and function compatible with the DS1643. The monolithic chip is available in two special packages to provide a highly integrated battery-backed memory and real-time clock solution. The M48T08/18/08Y is a non-volatile pin and function equivalent to any JEDEC standard 8 K x 8 SRAM. It also easily fits into many ROM, EPROM, and EEPROM sockets, providing the non-volatility of PROMs without any requirement for special WRITE timing or limitations on the number of WRITEs that can be performed. The 28-pin, 600 mil DIP CAPHAT™ houses the M48T08/18/08Y silicon with a quartz crystal and a long-life lithium button cell in a single package. The 28-pin, 330 mil SOIC provides sockets with gold-plated contacts at both ends for direct connection to a separate SNAPHAT® housing containing the battery and crystal. The unique design allows the SNAPHAT® battery package to be mounted on top of the SOIC package after the completion of the surface mount process. Insertion of the SNAPHAT® housing after reflow prevents potential battery and crystal damage due to the high temperatures required for device surface-mounting. The SNAPHAT® housing is keyed to prevent reverse insertion. The SOIC and battery/crystal packages are shipped separately in plastic anti-static tubes or in tape & reel form. The MC74HC125A/MC74HCT125A and MC74HC126A are identical in pinout to the LS125 and LS126. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL outputs. The MC74HCT125A device inputs are compatible with Standard CMOS or TTL outputs. The HC125A and HC126A noninverting buffers are designed to be used with 3−state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and other bus−oriented systems. The TC4420/TC4429 are 6A (peak), single-output MOSFET drivers. The TC4429 is an inverting driver (pin-compatible with the TC429), while the TC4420 is a non-inverting driver. These drivers are fabricated in CMOS for lower power and more efficient operation versus bipolar drivers. Both devices have TTL/CMOS compatible inputs that can be driven as high as VDD + 0.3V or as low as –5V without upset or damage to the device. This eliminates the need for external level-shifting circuitry and its associated cost and size. The output swing is rail-to-rail, ensuring better drive voltage margin, especially during power-up/power-down sequencing. Propagational delay time is only 55 ns (typ.) and the output rise and fall times are only 25 ns (typ.) into 2500 pF across the usable power supply range. Unlike other drivers, the TC4420/TC4429 are virtually latch-up proof. They replace three or more discrete components, saving PCB area, parts and improving overall system reliability

Quiescent current is typically 6 mA when driving a 1000 pF load 18V at 100 kHz. The inverting TC426 driver is pin-compatible with the bipolar DS0026 and MMH0026 devices. The TC427 is noninverting; the TC428 contains an inverting and noninverting driver.
