The AD654 is a monolithic V/F converter consisting of an input amplifier, a precision oscillator system, and a high current output stage. A single RC network is all that is required to set up any full scale (FS) frequency up to 500 kHz and any FS input voltage up to ± 30 V. Linearity error is only 0.03% for a 250 kHz FS, and operation is guaranteed over an 80 dB dynamic range. The overall temperature coefficient (excluding the effects of external components) is typically ±50 ppm/°C. The AD654 operates from a single supply of 5 V to 36 V and consumes only 2.0 mA quiescent current. The low drift (4 µV/°C typ) input amplifier allows operation directly from small signals such as thermocouples or strain gauges while offering a high (250 MΩ) input resistance. Unlike most V/F converters, the AD654 provides a square-wave output, and can drive up to 12 TTL loads, optocouplers, long cables, or similar loads

The AD210 is the latest member of a new generation of low cost, high performance isolation amplifiers. This three-port, wide bandwidth isolation amplifier is manufactured with surface-mounted components in an automated assembly process. The AD210 combines design expertise with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to produce an extremely compact and economical isolator whose performance and abundant user features far exceed those offered in more expensive devices. The AD210 provides a complete isolation function with both signal and power isolation supplied via transformer coupling internal to the module. The AD202 and AD204 are general purpose, two-port, transformer-coupled isolation amplifiers that may be used in a broad range of applications where input signals must be measured, processed, and/or transmitted without a galvanic connection. These industry standard isolation amplifiers offer a complete isolation function, with both signal and power isolation provided for in a single compact plastic SIP or DIP style package. The primary distinction between the AD202 and the AD204 is that the AD202 is powered directly from a 15 V dc supply while the AD204 is powered by an externally supplied clock, such as the recommended AD246 Clock Driver. The AD202 and AD204 provide total galvanic isolation between the input and output stages of the isolation amplifier through the use of internal transformer-coupling. The functionally complete AD202 and AD204 eliminate the need for an external, user-supplied dc-to-dc converter. This permits the designer to minimize the necessary circuit overhead and consequently reduce the overall design and component costs. The design of the AD202 and AD204 emphasizes maximum flexibility and ease of use, including the availability of an uncommitted op amp on the input stage. They feature a bipolar ±5 V output range, an adjustable gain range of from 1V/V to 100 V/V, ± 0.025% max nonlinearity (K grade), 130 dB of CMR, and the AD204 consumes a low 35 mW of power. The functional block diagrams can be seen in Figures 1a and 1b.

The LM1086 is a regulator with a maximum dropout of 1.5 V at 1.5 A of load current. The device has the same pin-out as TI's industry standard LM317. Two resistors are required to set the output voltage of the adjustable output voltage version of the LM1086. Fixed output voltage versions integrate the adjust resistors. Typically, no input capacitor is needed unless the device is situated more than 6 inches from the input filter capacitors. Output capacitor can be replaced with ceramic and appropriate ESR. The LM1086 circuit includes a zener trimmed bandgap reference, current limiting, and thermal shutdown. Because the LM1086 regulator is floating and detects only the input-to-output differential voltage, supplies of several hundred volts can be regulated as long as the maximum input-to-output differential is not exceeded. Exceeding the maximum input-to-output deferential will result in short-circuiting the output. By connecting a fixed resistor between the adjustment pin and output, the LM1086 can be also used as a precision current regulator. For applications requiring greater output current, refer to LM1084 (clickable link) for the 5-A version, and the LM1085 (clickable link) for the 3-A version.

The LM2576 series of regulators are monolithic integrated circuits that provide all the active functions for a step-down (buck) switching regulator, capable of driving 3-A load with excellent line and load regulation. These devices are available in fixed output voltages of 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, 15 V, and an adjustable output version. Requiring a minimum number of external components, these regulators are simple to use and include fault protection and a fixed-frequency oscillator. The LM2576 series offers a high-efficiency replacement for popular three-terminal linear regulators. It substantially reduces the size of the heat sink, and in some cases no heat sink is required. A standard series of inductors optimized for use with the LM2576 are available from several different manufacturers. This feature greatly simplifies the design of switch-mode power supplies. External shutdown is included, featuring 50-μA (typical) standby current. The LM2907 and LM2917 devices are monolithic frequency-to-voltage converters with a high gain op amp designed to operate a relay, lamp, or other load when the input frequency reaches or exceeds a selected rate. The LM392 consists of two independent building-block circuits. One is a high-gain internally-frequency-compensated operational amplifier, and the other is a precision voltage comparator. Both the operational amplifier and the voltage comparator are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. The MAX136 is a monolithic analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with very high input impedance. It differs from the Maxim ICL7136 in that the MAX136 provides a Hold pin, which makes it possible to hold or "freeze" a reading. A single external resistor sets any gain from 1 to 10,000. Internal input protection can withstand up to ±40V without damage. The INA114 is laser trimmed for very low offset voltage (50µV), drift (0.25µV/°C) and high common-mode rejection (115dB at G = 1000). It operates with power supplies as low as ±2.25V, allowing use in battery operated and single 5V supply systems. Quiescent current is 3mA maximum. The OP27 precision operational amplifier combines the low offset and drift of the OP07 with both high speed and low noise. Offsets down to 25 µV and maximum drift of 0.6 µV/°C make the OP27 ideal for precision instrumentation applications. Low noise, en = 3.5 nV/√Hz, at 10 Hz, a low 1/f noise corner frequency of 2.7 Hz, and high gain (1.8 million), allow accurate high-gain amplification of low-level signals. A gain bandwidth product of 8 MHz and a 2.8 V/µs slew rate provide excellent dynamic accuracy in high speed, data-acquisition systems. A low input bias current of ±10 nA is achieved by use of a bias current cancellation circuit. Over the military temperature range, this circuit typically holds IB and IOS to ±20 nA and 15 nA, respectively. The output stage has good load driving capability. A guaranteed swing of ±10 V into 600 Ω and low output distortion make the OP27 an excellent choice for professional audio applications.

The SN65176B and SN75176B differential bus transceivers are designed for bidirectional data communication on multipoint bus transmission lines. PT “4G LTE, GNSS, BLE5.0 Arduino Shield with A7672S” is a multi-Band 4G/3G/2G communication and GNSS positioning module, orderable in LTE-CAT1 speed option. This product is designed to be directly compatible with Arduino UNO to enable 4G LTE data connectivity for applications such as Internet of Things (IoT), Tracking, using USB or UART interfaces. The MAX680/MAX681 are monolithic, CMOS, dual chargepump voltage converters that provide ±10V outputs from a +5V input voltage. The MAX680/MAX681 provide both a positive step-up charge pump to develop +10V from +5V input and an inverting charge pump to generate the -10V output. Both parts have an on-chip, 8kHz oscillator. The MAX681 has the capacitors internal to the package, and the MAX680 requires four external capacitors to produce both positive and negative voltages from a single supply. The output source impedances are typically 150Ω, providing useful output currents up to 10mA. The low quiescent current and high efficiency make this device suitable for a variety of applications that need both positive and negative voltages generated from a single supply. The MAX864/MAX865 are also recommended for new designs. The MAX864 operates at up to 200kHz and uses smaller capacitors. The MAX865 comes in the smaller µMAX package.

The MAX913 single and MAX912 dual, high-speed, low-power comparators have differential inputs and complementary TTL outputs. Fast propagation delay (10ns, typ), extremely low supply current, and a wide common-mode input range that includes the negative rail make the MAX912/MAX913 ideal for low-power, high-speed, single +5V (or ±5V) applications such as V/F converters or switching regulators. The MAX912/MAX913 outputs remain stable through the linear region. This feature eliminates output instability common to high-speed comparators when driven with a slow-moving input signal. The MAX912/MAX913 can be powered from a single +5V supply or a ±5V split supply. The MAX913 is an improved plug-in replacement for the LT1016. It provides significantly wider input voltage range and equivalent speed at a fraction of the power. The MAX912 dual comparator has equal performance to the MAX913 and includes independent latch controls.

MIC4421 and MIC4422 MOSFET drivers are rugged, efficient, and easy to use. The MIC4421 is an inverting driver, while the MIC4422 is a non-inverting driver. Both versions are capable of 9A (peak) output and can drive the largest MOSFETs with an improved safe operating margin. The MIC4421/4422 accepts any logic input from 2.4V to VS without external speed-up capacitors or resistor networks. Proprietary circuits allow the input to swing negative by as much as 5V without damaging the part. Additional circuits protect against damage from electrostatic discharge. MIC4421/4422 drivers can replace three or more discrete components, reducing PCB area requirements, simplifying product design, and reducing assembly cost. Modern Bipolar/CMOS/DMOS construction guarantees freedom from latch-up. The rail-to-rail swing capability of CMOS/DMOS insures adequate gate voltage to the MOSFET during power up/down sequencing. Since these devices are fabricated on a self-aligned process, they have very low crossover current, run cool, use little power, and are easy to drive.
